"PIENNOLO" TYPE TOMATO

Variety of cherry tomato suitable to be preserved hanging in the air and suitable for traditional sauces. Elongated, medium-small fruit, weighing 20 to 30 g, with thick skin, and a sweet flavor that prevails over the acidic component. The harvest is made when all the fruits have turned red.
Cultivation: long-cycle variety that is suitable to be transplanted later on in the season and can be cultivated with few irrigations. The development of the plant is undetermined and needs a supporting structure.
Disease resistance: moderately resistant to insects and cryptogamic attacks.
Green pruning: it requires few sterile buds removal interventions.
The distance between transplantations: should be about 70 cm from row to row and 25 cm on the row.
