DATTER TYPE TOMATO

Cherry tomatoes suitable for quick sauces with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and herbs, or even to give colour and flavor to salads. These small, elongated fruits, weighing 20/40 g, have a thick skin and firm texture. The taste has a good balance between acids and sugars. The harvest is made when all the fruits of the bunch have turned red.
Cultivation: early variety, it can be planted early in spring and summer. The development of the plant is indeterminate and requires a supporting structure.
Disease resistance: moderately resistant to insects and cryptogamic attacks.
Green pruning: this variety is very exuberant. After removing the axillary regrowth and the sterile buds, only one or two buds are grown. Trimming after the sixth flower cluster is recommended.
Distance between transplantation: about 70 cm from row to row and 30 cm on the row.
