FRIGGITELLO PEPPER

Small, elongated peppers that are green when unripe and red or yellow when ripe. They can easily reach 6-8 cm in length. Their pulp is medium-thin, sweet, and slightly spicy. If harvested while still green, they are ideal for stir-frying or for being fried. 4-5 of this vigorous, compact plant should be planted per square meter. Transplantation should be started in April.
