RED ROUND HEAD CABBAGE

The round, red cabbage has a compact, spherical shape with red leaves. Early variety, matures about 70 days after transplantation. Excellent organoleptic qualities and a more pronounced taste as opposed to the white varieties. In cuisine, it can be thinly sliced ??and served in salads; cooked with onion and apple, or even used for soups and pies.

Description:

Maturation around 70/80 days after transplantation. A hybrid with a red cap suitable for fresh markets and the 4^ gamma. The plant is vigorous and produces a round head weighing about 1.5-2kg. The reddish-purple foliage is thick and fleshy. Resists over-ripening in the field as well as cracking.
