Cabbage with a massive, dark green head. Medium-late plant with leaves that are used in delicious preparations including the famous "capunet", a traditional dish in Canavese cuisine, consisting of cabbage rolls containing minced meat.

Description:

Maturation at 90-95 days from transplantation. Medium-late maturing hybrid; the plant is vigorous and is usually compact. The intensely dark green leaves are very bullous. The head weighs between 1.5 and 2kg. Resistant to over-ripening.
