ASTI SAVOY CABBAGE

Savoy cabbage with lightly coloured, round, compact heads. A late-cycle plant that is transplanted in summer and harvested in late winter. Excellent resistance to cold. In cuisine, it is great for making soups and, if finely chopped, can be eaten in salads.

Description:

Maturation at 100/120 days after transplantation. It is a medium-sized, round, hard, very smooth, and short-stemmed cabbage of a dark bluish-green colour. The foliage is finely and intensely bullous. It is very resistant to the cold and therefore, very suitable for late autumn or winter harvest. Suitable for refrigeration. It weighs about 1.5 kg.
