SICILIAN VIOLET CAULIFLOWER
A visually impressive cauliflower due to its lilac-violet inflorescence. Medium-late variety for transplantation in late June and harvest from November to December (in southern Italy). Cauliflower with good organoleptic qualities, great for soups as well as being boiled and seasoned, or fried in a batter.

Maturation 80-90 days after transplantation. Particular variety of cauliflower with a violet-red colour. Particularly suitable for those areas of Sicily where this intense staining is appreciated. Suitable for harvests in autumn and early winter.
