JESI CAULIFLOWER
Cauliflower with a white, medium-sized, slightly conical inflorescence, wrapped in small leaves. It is perfectly adequate for early sowing with transplantation in early June and harvest in late summer-October. Excellent for boiling, breading and frying, and even raw in salads.

Code: 061261
Description:
Maturation 80-100 days after transplantation. Variety of cauliflower with snail-shaped inflorescence of a straw-white coloured hue, similar to the Jesi cauliflower. Its rustic nature makes it attractive for adaptation to different cultivation conditions. Maturation takes place between late October and November.
