ROMANESCO CAULIFLOWER

Romanesco cauliflower is distinguished by the particular shape of the flower (yellow to bright green in colour) and its many small pointed cones. It is a medium-early variety that from transplantation to harvest takes about 95 days, so if transplanted in late July it will be harvested towards the end of October. Excellent organoleptic qualities, it is suitable for being boiled or fried in a batter, or even used for pasta with cabbage.
